Refund and Returns Policy

🛡️ Our 14-Day Hassle-Free Return Guarantee

We accept returns initiated within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

🔒 Conditions for Trading Card Products
  • Sealed Product: Any item sold as “Sealed” (Booster Boxes, ETBs, Collections) must be returned in the original, factory-sealed condition. Returns will be refused for any product that has been tampered with or opened.
  • Singles and Graded Cards: These items must be returned in the original packaging or slab, with no damage or visible wear.
  • Damage/Shipping: If an item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours and include photos of the item and the packaging.

💰 Processing Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

📝 Amending or Canceling Orders
  • Right to Amend: Customers may request to amend or cancel their order within 2 hours of placing it, provided the item has not been dispatched. Please contact us immediately.
  • Post-Dispatch Cancellation: Once an order has been dispatched, the customer’s right to cancel is exercised through the 14-Day Hassle-Free Return process detailed above.
  • Liability for Costs: We are not liable for any supplementary costs, fees, or charges incurred by the customer due to delayed, lost, or misrouted orders by the shipping carrier. Our liability ends once the item is confirmed as dispatched.
