Shipping & Returns
Shipping is based on item type, merchandise value, package weight, and destination. Letter rates are reserved for qualifying card-only orders, while mixed carts, toys, games, supplies, and sealed products receive tracked parcel shipping.
Trading-card shipping
These rates apply when every shippable item in the cart is a Pokémon single. Tracked rates include the combined card weight and an appropriate protective-packaging allowance before the live USPS quote is requested.

Please note: First-Class and nonmachinable letter shipments do not include tracking. Higher-value and larger card orders automatically move to tracked Ground Advantage service. The tracked price can increase when additional cards require a higher USPS weight or protective-packaging tier.
Mixed carts and other products
Letter rates do not apply when a cart also contains toys, games, supplies, sealed products, or other non-card merchandise. Checkout calculates live USPS Ground Advantage from the destination, combined product weight, quantity, and protective-packaging allowance. When a supplier has not provided a product weight yet, checkout uses a conservative 8-ounce estimate per item until the exact weight is recorded. Larger quantities can move the package into a higher USPS weight tier. A merchandise subtotal of $100 or more after coupons receives the Collector Reward live USPS commercial rate.
