NYTOTX Collect & Play respects member privacy and collects only the information needed to run the shop, support orders, protect the community, and operate the NYTOTX Binder App.

Information We Collect

  • Store account, order, billing, shipping, and customer service details.
  • Discord profile information when a member signs in with Discord, such as Discord ID, username, and avatar.
  • Binder App activity such as owned cards, wantlist entries, trade interest, tickets, pickup preferences, and member listing preferences.
  • Phone number or email address when a member chooses to verify contact information.
  • Website analytics, security logs, and basic device/browser information used to maintain the service.

How We Use Information

We use information to process orders, provide customer support, save personal binder data, show wantlist and trade matches, prevent fraud, handle pickup or shipping requests, and send one-time verification codes when requested.

SMS Verification

SMS verification is optional unless required for specific trading, selling, or claim features. NYTOTX Binder sends one-time verification codes only after a member enters a phone number, confirms consent, and clicks Send code. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Service Providers

We may use trusted providers such as WooCommerce, WordPress, Discord, Twilio, Railway, payment processors, shipping providers, and analytics/security tools. These providers are used only to operate the shop, app, communications, payments, shipping, and safety workflows.

Data Protection

Access to sensitive member information is limited to the owner and authorized staff who need it for operations, support, safety, or fraud review. We do not sell member phone numbers or Discord identity data.

Retention And Requests

We keep order and operational records as needed for business, tax, fraud prevention, and customer support purposes. Members can contact us to request help with account, privacy, or verification questions.
